Android Bluetooth Issue - Incoming calls only

Server is 3CX Pro 18.0 (Build 20)
Client is 3CX Android 20.0.0.32
Phone is Pixel 6 Android 14 | Sec Update Feb 5, 2024 (Latest)

This issue is on three different Android phones including the one listed. All have same Android version.

Outgoing calls are working when Bluetooth is used. No issues whatsoever. Incoming calls to device with Bluetooth active, no matter how answered (headset, car controls, 3CX app) fail to deliver Bluetooth audio. Microphone still works as caller can hear us. Switching from BT to phone earpiece or speaker does deliver audio on the current call.

Please let e know if any other information is needed. Looking for any suggestion really to get it working properly.

These issues are known issues from Google side. We have reported them and they have confirmed issue from their side.
Promised they were to be fixed but no ETA given from their side.
Also these issues (according to our tests) are only present on Pixel devices with the new Android 14 OS

After working more with the app the issue is not resolved. It does now work randomly on my Pixel but still never works via bluetooth on my car (same issue).

@Abe-C correct, we have experienced the same.

1 of the issues we reported was fixed by Google. Switching from bluetooth to Speaker and back to Bluetooth. The intermediary switch is no longer needed.

The other (no audio routed from the other end) is still assigned without response. When experiencing this issue, if you switch to earpiece/speaker and back to bluetooth fixes the issue. But only temporarily. We have pinged them for an update. We see this issue present in Android 14 Pixel devices. Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo and Oneplus running Android 14 work as expected.

it seems our company has the same issue..

Outgoing calls, neither the microphone nor the loudspeaker works. The loudspeaker button is also grayed out. -> I cannot choose between the 3 audio methods

Incoming calls sometimes works, sometimes loudspeaker works, but microphone not.

There are no problems with Signal and Threema Client
