Android Client doesn't search Company name when searching contacts

The webclient searches inside firstname, lastname, company name when you use it -- however the Android Client seems to only search Firstname and Lastname.

Given that most company contacts are likely to be businesses (i.e. a company without a named person) - this is a) inconsistent between Web and Android and b) a pain for users!!!

I can't find a currently know bug for this -- is it a known issue and will it be sorted?
