Android client for 3CX system

I've been trying to use the new 3CX Android client for for the past week or two and there are lots of good things about it but...
1. it often seems to crash
2. when another incoming call comes in I lose audio on the 3CX call and can't get it back.
3. I was on a long call today and all through, the sound dropped for 1/2 second every 4-5 seconds so I missed a lot of what was being said.

Any ideas how to solve any of these?

wifi or 3g?
