Android client not working on Internal network WiFi but works over LTE

Hey,

I have an on premise 3CX install. When trying to connect cell phones to the PBX over WiFi I get the error Register Failed, Timeout. I installed Termux on my phone and I am able to ping the FQDN of the phone server and telnet to it on 5090. If i turn off WiFi the phones connect reasonably quickly over LTE. Oh and the 3CX client is working on all my windows desktops internally as well. Any thoughts on what I should check next?

Have you checked your blacklisting?

Has the firewall test passed?
