Android client registered and unregistered

Hi there

Phenomenon several times per second, performing the registered and unregistered in the Android client is out and I'm troubled.
Will there a solution?

Environment are as follows.

OS: Android4.1.2
Terminal: SHARP SHL21
Network: LTE & Wifi
Setting: tunnel connection, PUSH

Therefore please verify and attach the log.

The log shows another , local IP, same extension number, being removed at times too.

I have to ask...when did this start? Did you auto provision, or put in the settings manually?

Does this only happen when the Android phone is registered, or does it happen when the other extensions, with the same number , are registered?

Is this happening when the Android phone is on the local LAN, or just "out of office" ?

Try creating another profile on the Android phone manually. Use a new, unshared, extension number.

See how that behaves both locally, and when on an external LAN. There may be an incorrect setting on the phone, if you just put in the basics required for registration, and leave the other variables in default, you might be able to narrow down what is causing this.
