I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. The 3CX client on it is version 16.0.0.35. My PBX server is hosted in Google's cloud and my handset unit (a Grandstream) on my desk works (and rings) perfectly for incoming and outgoing calls. With the app open, the Galaxy makes calls perfectly--both on the local network and using LTE, but it never rings. It does report a missed call as soon as the call is dropped (or picked up by voicemail) but it never provides me with a ring for an incoming call. It doesn't matter if the handset unit is on network or not; the Samsung remains silent for incoming calls.

Firebase Server API and Sender ID were added to the 3CX console-->Settings-->Phone/App Options. The PBX server is at version: 16.0.1581

The list of firewall rules from the PBX server are below:
10689

Any ideas why my 3CX client never rings? I'd like to be able to answer calls while on the road too.

Thanks.

Possibly I'm missing something here. My understanding of STUN is that it is used where a telephony network is split across multiple geographically diverse sites (such as branch offices) but where each note or site has a reasonably static network and firewall protecting it. Am I correct?

What I want to do it take my phone and roam across the telco's LTE cellular network (which is Bell Canada) and still receive incoming calls. It is my understanding that there is a need to manage egress firewall rules from my PBX system only and Firebase to initiate and wake up the device to prompt for the incoming call.
