Annouce Only, is it possible?

Hello,

I am building out a PBX and I would like to have a voice announcement as an option in my dial tree when callers are greeted with my auto-attendant. Is there a way to have an announcement on the tree like "our address is blah blah and hour house of operation is blah blah"? So the reception staff isn't bothered with this kind of stuff?

I would simply send it to another autoattendant so that you get gain the ablity to have the caller go back to the main menu or repeat the prompt.

ie
800 is the main menu
have option x go to another digital receptionist 801

in 801 you can record the prompt for directions, have 1 repeat the message and 0 return to the main menu.
