announce forward to caller

Is is possible to announce to the (int or ext) caller that the call is being forwarded when the extension is configured to be forwarded when not answered?
(So much like the voicemail announcement)

You could set up the forwarding rule to transfer to mobile and put another number in there with the rebound option turned on. this will prompt (please wait while we locate xxx). Otherwise, you would have to get creative with an IVR which would play your prompt and then forward.
