Announce (Rebound) On All Mobile Rings (Simultaneous)

We want to be able to do the following with 3CX:

Allow a user to have all calls to his extension simultaneously ring his mobile.

Require the user to press one when answering on his mobile.

We have users who are often away from their desks and away from good internet connections and they need to be able to take queue or group calls over their mobile line, but we cannot have the caller being connected with their mobile voicemail if the user is unavailable.

So far I have only found the Rebound feature to work with a forward to mobile, and not with any simultaneous ringing of mobiles.

I am hoping there is a solution. Please help!

Please note that the Rebound option is only available with forwarding the call to your mobile or an external number. You cannot have this option paired with the "Ring my mobile simultaneously"option as once the agent answers the call to hear the prompt the call is counted as answered. From there the agent has only the option to answer the call or send it to voicemail.
