Anonymous Listen in?

I have some users that would like to listen in on their reps, but as they do so currently it shows the person being listened in on that it is happening in My3cx. Is there a way to not let the person know that they are being listened to?

Try going into the users's Ext. that is listening in and check the Hide Caller ID info in there 3CX MyPhone tab.
