I have been given a number that has been forwarded with 'delivery set as Sip with RFC DTMF signalling' (quoted from a DID provider).
I set it up in the DID line, set the DID/DDI number/mask box to the number I see when the number calls in contained within the 'To' field (448458698xxx)
The security box is set to anywhere and in and out of office hours, the number is pointed at an extension.
When I call in though, the phone doesn't ring and the logs conain the line:
[CM010001] Line configuration does not allow identification of the source of this call. Check Advanced Options for Gateways and Providers and match a field to a correct value from the following: Contact IP: '87.238.72.xxx'; From: '01242695xxx'; To: '448458698xxx'; Rline: '200'; Contact: '01242695xxx'
Like I said, the DID mask is set to 448458698xxx. (I have also tried just the last 5 digits of the number)
Any ideas appreciated!!
Cheers,
Ryan
