Ok, so I've got a phone that won't work. It's {macid}.cfg file is point to a [macid]-phone.cfg file that is missing. The previous IT guy said to just delete the extension and re-add it and it should generate, but it is not. Any ideas?

First of all, you don't need to delete the extension to regenerate a provisioning file. Just change something minor like the order of the codecs or a fake BLF on the provisioning tab, hit OK then go back and put it the previous way and hit OK.

Secondly, are you looking in the correct folder? Are you using option 66 as dictated by the specific phone brand used?

Thanks for the tip!
turns out re-adding the extension did work - it just didn't generate that extra file, which it turns out wasn't needed anyway.
