Answer from a different extension

Is it possible to answer from a different extension appart from the one that is ringing?

*20* will pickup whatever extension is ringing

*20*xxx where xxx is the extension number that is ringing will pickup a call ringing specifically at extension number xxx

When i press the *20* it says that is not available in free edition

Call pickup is not a feature included in the free edition.
