Answered Calls stay in Call Que

Hi,

We are experiencing quite a lot dead calls when picking up calls from a call que. I noticed they are manly happening using the iOs or Android Client.

When the call is answered it shows it is connected but no one is there. The other extensions keep ringing with the same call until it is answered by someone else. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

Our system is:

Google Cloud
Pro Version 16.0.4.504
Sip. Twillio
