I'm having a problem on a few 3CX systems after upgrade to version 9. Both run Patton 4112 or 4114 PSTN gateways. When an incoming call is made, the device passes the call on - when the handset is lifted there is a delay of 5-10 seconds before any audio is passed through. Many hangup and they think the call has dropped. Also on one of the systems - when the handset is lifted other phones in the ring group continue to ring for the same delay period. Rebooting the Patton device seems to fix the problem, but it returns are a while.
Any ideas?
