Solved Any Fortinet Guru's out there?

Hi there
We have a working 3cx 15.5 Server
I have a Yealink W60P on another site provisioned as STUN
The Phone is sitting behind a Fortinet 60E that we dont own, or have access too.
We can provision the phone no problem but once provisioned we cant make or receive any calls and no audio.
I know the phone works, as i can take it to 3 other sites with different providers and it works well.

The tech that works for the company that owns the router will make changes if they dont mess with their security.
I have been doing some research and found this:

Is this the right fix for our issue?

If it’s for remote phones the sip alg has to be turned off as in that article. this article may help especially the notes regarding stun at the bottom.
