Any update on a apple watch app

i was just wondering if there is an update or ETA for an apple watch app to answer calls?

Unfortunately, not yet - our focus (top of todo list) is the compatibility with upcoming V18 U8 features.

Could you please at least make existing function not useless? If there is a non-answered call by 3CX app on iPhone, an associated Apple Watch will show a message with caller information. But it's unable just to click on callers name or number to dial by Apple Watch which has on some models an integrated GSM/LTE phone. At least, this should work as long as there is no native 3CX Apple Watch App which should become true in future since Apple integrated in latest WatchOS phone API for third-party apps.

Watch app is on the roadmap. Be patient...

i know it is on the roadmap. And it is partially apple functionality. But it is so anoying that a incomming calls in apps (like 3CX, whatsapp, etc.) are not being notified on apple watch. I miss quite some calls because of this. And then i get the missed call push message :-(

It is fine if i can not pick up the call on my watch, as long as i get the notification so i can answer the call on my iPhone.
Its realy a feature that is keeping us from switching over to 3CX all the way.

The issues your mentioning are iOS related mostly.

WatchKit HAS to be manually implemented and support all features, not just "notifying you on your watch", which is not a thing FYI. It has to be synced using the CallKit and stuff.

Also waiting for this, just like Teams, if I get a call on 3CX while wearing the watch I get zero notifications. It’s not a full app that’s needed but just some kind of calling notification. A full watch app would be awesome though!
