Any way to gain sftp access to hosted 3CX?

I need to pull a recording of a conference call from today, I am unable to see it in the recordings list in the management console. The team acknowledged in this thread that it is known issue and the recording should be available directly from the FS.

I would prefer to just copy the file that I need directly, but I suppose I could make an unencrypted backup that includes recordings to get it?

Creating a full backup will contain the recordings as well.
