Who has moved or are looking at moving their service from voip.ms after the past few days of crap service.?
Does anyone have an alternate provider that will allow me to be able to setup and manage DID's for our various clients?

VoiceMeUp is very good and has a really nice panel.

Otherwise, Telnyx is my fav.

Telnyx and Flowroute here.

Pick another supported carrier! I am biased to our network :) but all the listed carriers here are good.
If you are based in or calling Canada we add the CNAM set on your number onto the SIP header for you, I know that is a common complaint of calling Canada.

We have no CNAM database so yeah it's a PITA since 3CX doesn't have a way to control this directly. Only CID number.

However, Telnyx, VoiceMeUp and a few others support the "setting it on the provider side" and it assigns automatically depending on the CID sent by the PBX.

Are you supported in Canada? If so, DM me. I'm curious.

So do they both allow for us to support multiple clients from the one account?

i should have also specified we are in Canada.

Yes, there are subaccounts and you can even do billing and whitelabel a panel for customers.

I can get you hooked up with the Sales Director if you want.

siptrunk.com here, they are always on top of problems

Keep in mind, that there is no guarantee that any company you switch to, won't be hit, in the same manner that Voip.ms was.

True, but this time i will ask about their contingency plans for this type of event, after that all you can do is hope they were honest.

The problem is, that while another company may have anticipated this particular type of event, and even have a contingency plan in place to deal with it, it may very well be a completely different attack, that catches them off-guard. There have been a lot of major corporations recently caught with their "pants down", because a hacker came up with a new/unforeseen method, to bypass their security, or simply overwhelm them.

Being fully prepared for, and foresee, anything and everything, is extremely difficult to do, as hackers become even more sophisticated.

anyone have experience with Skyetel?

I really like Voxtelesys-- their support is just top notch and it's super easy to setup and use. And I use Telnyx for the hosted SMS support, and they also support SRTP.

We've been with vitelity longer than voip.,but voip.ms a long time as well . we ported over our business DIDs and personal DIDs off to vitelity this week.
