Anyone used a Cyberdata Paging Zone Controller?

I am exploring options to interface my 3CX SIP server to an existing analog PA amplifier. One solution was discussed in:

However, it looks like the Cyberdata Paging Zone Controller is a SIP endpoint that directly interfaces to up to four existing PA amplifier.

Anyone in the 3CX community used one of these with the 3CX server?

Hi Joe!
I know this is quite late after your initial post, but we just installed a Cyberdata VoIP Loudspeaker Amplifier today with 3CX.

The client has 3CX 5.x Small Business Edition and the Cyberdata device installed without a hitch and the client LOVED it. We used an old Radio Shack horn they've had installed for around 10 years. The sound quality was superb and they couldn't get over how much clearer it was than when they paged on their old Nortel phone system.

I think it took 5-10 minutes to configure the device and 30 to get it installed 15' in the air!

The one we put in included the AC Adapter as this client doesn't have a PoE switch. It was a little over $400 before S&H/etc.
You can find the PoE version for about $40 or $50 less. (There is also a WiFi edition but I think it's about $550 - $600!)

The way we set it up was as extension 500. The client dials 500 from any phone, waits a second or so for it to auto answer and then they hear the announcement tone that is also played over the horn. As soon as the tone is complete they start talking and it is great! I was fairly nervous about it; Hoping that Cyberdata really meant it when they said they were SIP compliant... (I was also hoping it would auto answer - that it would have an announcement tone - etc etc etc!!!)

I'd say their other products would work just as well... I saw they have some SIP enabled ceiling speakers, etc.
