Anything show registered in trunk!!

my inbound call not working so I try to modify sip trunk and that time I noticed that whatever I put in sip trunk it shows green signal I mean registered. also nothing showing about sip trunk registration in activity log!

3cx behave strange in many way.. when I go to service its gets hang!

Hello @Kabir

Are you running your PBX on windows or Debian? Is it a local installation of hosted? Check if your services are running on the OS level and try to restart them if possible. Also are you using an IP based trunk or an Authentication based trunk? IP based trunks always appear as registered as there is no registration involved.

I am running in Debian..in host vm with public ip. I got inbound call issue that's why I reinstall freshly with old license key. my trunk consist with IP/DID number/password.

while testing, whatever ip I put in trunk all shows green! nothing shows in log.. I restart server several time.. I can't restart service from panel coz that time it getting hang and then again need to restart server for back to the admin panel.
