API returns 403 error about Contacts List

My version : 18.0.9.31

I tried the collection POSTMAN and it works. I can list users for example.
I used the user authentication.
But if I want the list of contacts I've got a 403 response.

https://{{PBX_FQDN}}/xapi/v1/Contacts?%24top=100&%24skip=0&%24orderby=Number&%24select=Id&%24select=FirstName&%24select=LastName&%24select=Number&%24select=EmailAddress

I checked the user rights and he has all the rights.

Can you help me because I'm stuck, please?
