App defaults to wrong handset

I cant get the app to default to my T46s on my workstation - Is there anything else I need to set/do?

This is not possible using the 3CX Windows App, but, you could use the 3CX Webclient instead or the new 3CX Desktop App if running 3CX v18 both of which will save your last selection.
