App for Windows listed twice

In all customer installations, the 3CX Windows app is listed twice for an extension. Once with the correct IP and once with the localhost IP 127.0.0.1
Why is that? That confuses the administration.

I've noticed it too. I have a open ticket with support and awaiting a answer. Have you experienced any issues? All my users with the Chrome extn work flawlessly but windows client keep's disconnecting randomly and the only difference I can see is these 2 IPs per user.

I know the 127.0.0.1 is from the tunnel but i don't understand why the public IP is showing when it's using the tunnel.

The Chrome Extn doesn't show 2 IPs just the 127.0.0.1 one.
