App no longer works on iPhone running 16.5.1c all the sudden. Stopped working yesterday all the sudden. Checked all the normal stuff like push enabled, user is logged in. Created a new user and logged in then called my other extension still no ringing just a missed call. Downloaded app on another iPhone and same problem. I see this issue a lot when I google it but no resolution

What error does the event log show under the management console > dashboard > event log section?

May I ask you to kindly open a ticket with us at 3CX technical support from your portal so that we can request you to provide some data for us to check, please?

I am seeing this error now myself with an IOS app.

"Failed to send APNS PUSH to device iPhone11,6iPhone(Ext.2609). Internal exception occurred: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 100 seconds elapsing."

Did you ever figure it out?

I just migrated to digital ocean and it started working afterwards

Try restarting the 3cx services and checking the primary DNS on your Windows 3CX machine. Ensure that you have a public DNS to test with, like Google DNS: 8.8.8.8

Additionally, check the guide here for what is required for Apple APN communication: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/firewall-router-configuration/#h.2b54zvy76urs

And:https://support.apple.com/en-gb/102266

I tried all of that and it did nothing so I just migrated it and everything started working afterwards. I had a support ticket open and was told to follow xyz and nothing worked.

From what I can see in the ticket, it was for a hosted 3CX instance, and you told us that the issue was resolved. In any case, you can answer the ticket if it is still not working, but I suggest restarting the 3cx services first and re-testing.

it started working after I migrated it so there was no need to keep the ticket open
