App review for messenger not approved

Hi,
Facebook has declined the review (for both pages_messaging and Business asset user profile access) because it seems like it's not working for them. Any idea how to solve this? It is working for us, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to make the screencast.

As closely as we could. The manual is a bit out of date.

It looks like facebook cant reach your webhook url... but i am not that deep into this stuff to help you further.

That doesn't make sense if I am able to see the message that I send from our facebook page
