App. wil not start after installing on VISTA

Hi all,

after installing the app on my Vista machine (Xeon+4gbRAM), a small phone icon apeares oon the system tray. the app wont respone/open on any kind of click. trying to start the app again, i get a message it is already open. can not close and/or even kill the process.

any ideas what is my problem?

x64 or x86 version of vista?

Intel Xeon DuoCore x86

It works fine on my Vista business x86. So it is not a common vista problem. I did read someting about problems with vista x64 but that is not your problem.

Did you try to reinstall the program?

Yes. several times. i know it is something in my system because i get the problem with any soft phone. didn't figure out what is the reason.
