Apple TV and 3CX Webmeeting

Hello,

I Have this setting :
- 3CX PRO (in the cloud on a debian latest version)
- 1 Apple TV on Ethernet
- 1 Macbook Pro on wifi (with Unifi AP)

When the Macbook pro connect to 3CX Webmeeting by wifi, there isn't any problem. But if at the same time, it steams its screen on the AppleTV (it's an Apple TV 4k), the sound begins to freeze every second. We choose the output of sound on Macbook pro and Video on Apple TV, same problem, Video OK, but audio freezing every second.

You would say it's a network problem. But we don't see any congestion on Unifi or on the firewall. And the worst thing, it works like a charm on Zoom (an other Webconference software).

Any advice / idea ?

Just to see - have you/can you test the MacBook Pro on hard line instead of WiFi?

Good idea as @craigreilly suggests. Make sure the wifi is disabled on the Apple TV and the MacBook when you run your test.
