Applications " is not initialized

Hello,

Today we had this strange error message and all our phones stopped working aswell as the PBX.

Our only solutions was to completely restart the PBX and we cannot find were the issue is.

We have SBC running on Debian 9 on Hyper-V and 3CX installed on it aswell.
