When an SMS chat gets archived other queue managers cannot see that chat anymore. It seems under archived chats only the chats are visible which are archived by the current user. However, according to my understanding queue managers should see ALL chats, regardless who has taken or archived the chat. This is on V18 Update 3 - any ideas?
