Which is the best log to view/troubleshoot archiving to 365?

any buzz words / phrases to search for in this log?

Hello @Alphabetic,

Once you put the PBX to Verbose and replicate, download the Support Info and navigate to Logs > SystemService.log for any errors or exceptions related to Microsoft at the time of the replication.
In adition you can search withe archive but this will give you back more results.
You can also check the Event log in the PBX to see if you are getting any related errors.

The problem I had was, local recordings became full and archiving hadnt run for 7 days.

The policy is to archive older than 30 days.

I checked Sharepoint storage and this was fine - no errors or quotas.

I unchecked settings in 3CX for turning on archiving and stuff and I can see in Sharepoint files being uploaded now so I'm not entirely sure what the problem was.

Looking at the older logs in 3CX (in verbose), I have the following:

Restart the services also once, then set it up to Verbose and lets see.

Hi Nikos,

I installed U9 yesterday do the services would have restarted then, so this morning the archiving didnt resume.

I wont bother with the support ticket and i'll treat it as a one off. If it occurs again i'll open a ticket.
