Are there any updated guides to setting up a intergration with Hubspot

Hi everyone. I have a customer that is looking at integrating with Hub spot but their developer has said that the current guide is out of date as you cannot make legacy API's anymore for integrations. Can I get an update on this please.

You should be able to create an app, it's not required to be legacy. This is just to be able to configure OAuth2.
