Hi, I am new using IP Phone

Can anybody help me to understand how to setup 3CX Phone System for Windows for my office ?

If you connect to a VoIP provider for all of your calls then you do not require a gateway. A gateway is only used to convert from SIP VoIP (within 3CX) to PSTN lines, ISDN, or GSM.

It also helps if your VoIP provider supports 3CX but most will work using generic settings. You might want to ask them if they are aware of any other of their customers currently using 3CX .
