I am trying to use my Fanvil X7A IP phone, which runs on Android, for 3CX video conferencing. I attempted to download the 3CX application on the device, but it is not working, and I am unable to join video calls through it.I would like guidance on how to set up this specific model for 3CX video conferencing or if there are alternative methods available to achieve this functionality. Please be advised that 3CX Video Conferencing only works within a browser or via our mobile apps for smartphones.

It is not supported on any IP phones, and we do not provide any Android apps for specific IP phones.

Some IP phone models support video calls, but that's not the same as 3CX Video Conferencing.
