Assistant - External Program Notify

Hi!
i'm trying to configure 3cx with my crm web based, i'm using the external program notify function in 3cx assistant for poping up a new browser windows on new calls.
i have some simple question to optimize this function:
Is it possible to pass some other value than %callid% ?
is it possibile make the notify only on external call?
is it possibile make the notify only on call answer and not on ring?

I have been searching around myself and cant find anything besides callid, I also want to pass the caller id name as well.
