I have a Grandstream HT801 ATA. I have an analog phone hooked up to the ATA. The ATA connects through a SBC.
The SBC and ATA HT801 are showing green in 3CX. I can call 3cx extension number and are incoming.
When i cal the pstn (land line) i see the phone icon blinking on the ht801 nut do not hear or see an incoming call as well on 3cx as on the analog phone display.
