ATA on hosted

I have an ATA on 3cx, I know hosting isn't supported but I had it working in our office. I can now cant make calls internall or externally but I can receive incoming calls. Any ideas?

You need to make use of the Activity Log to determine exactly what is happening (what does a registration look like). Does the Firewall checker pass? What make ATA is it? Was it manually provisioned? Maybe the router at the remote end? Other SIP devices there as well?

I assume the ATA is using STUN.

I have also setup Mediatrix Gateways and Patton to 3CX in the cloud - this is not supported (unless using VPN) some will be easier to setup than others however and I would not recommend using them for FAX'ing either (you have said you are making calls so this is fine).
