Hi all,

I have 15 extensions on my 3cx, 14 off them are software phones (x-lite), 5 are in Serbia where my 3cx and 9 are in Canada. Everything works fine, but yesterday I have tryed to connect one hardware phone (atcom 320), and I have problem calling extensions in Canada, I can not hear them, with extensions in Serbia every thing work's fine? Can somebody help me with this?

Your problem description suggests network routing and/or firewall issues.
In this scenario we suggest using a VPN connection.
Further more the phone you are using is not in the list of supported phones. The list of tested phones can be found here
