ATERA CRM INTEGRATION

I know that ATERA is not currently in the supported list, so I am trying to make the custom URL option work.
ATERA does not accept the CALLERID in the URL as a search item. Is there anyone who has made ATERA work yet? If not, what would the suggested route be to get it to work?
