Hello,
I have a question regarding the Windows App version 18.8.508. We are using a batch file as an external app, which opens a URL in a browser while prodiving the %CallerNumber% as a parameter within the URL. This is working fine, when being called and also when a call is transfered to you directly.
Only when we use Att.transfer, the external app does not open. As a workaround, we have to hold the call, open a New call to ask the other person if it is okay to transfer the call and then close the second call and transfer it directly for the external app to open.
Why is it like that, is there another way, which is easier for the end user?
Thanks in advance!
