Attaching File/Picture in chat has issue.

When I was on V18 had no issues at all. I upgraded to V20 and now I have issues, 1 when uploading file/Picture in chat, it takes too long and fails to upload file/picture. 2 text take too long to send and receive, you should be able to send and receive with no to very little wait time.

Attached is a picture of a file that failed to upload. It doesn't matter what size the file is, it fails.

If you press F12, do you see any errors in the Developer tools there?
Are your server specs meeting the requirements as well and OS is not running any other 3rd party tools?

Where do you press F12 to see any errors?

You need to press F12 on your browser to enter the dev mode. In the console tab it will show you some more information.
What is the size of each file?
