Hello

I'm having issues on a new installation with call transfer.
Client is working on smartphones when working at home, this is working fine.
But on-site they are using Yealink headsets connected to a DECT Base (Yealink W70B).
Blind transfer are working perfectly on-site, when initiating this transfer with the PWA app (tried locally and on RDS).
But the Attended transfer option is greyed out.

What do I miss?
PBX is 3CX 20 hosted.

Hi there.
So you wish to control your DECT via PWA with Attended transfer?

Yes, that's correct.

Attended transfer on DECT can't be used, as it requires uaCSTA protocol and on DECT it is not supported, so instead it uses Makecall, as a result it has a limitation.

That's not good. With the old softphone in CTI mode, it does work if I remember well?
Is there any way it will work with another app than PWA?

No, uaCSTA it was never supported.
There is no workaround here and it's expected outcome.

Thank you. Not the answer I was hoping for...
If the client doesn't agree, I'll propose deskphones to connect the headsets with. This way transfers can be initiated from the deskphone.

You can also simply use 3CX Software applications on your mobile devices.

That is the alternative solution. Thank you!

You are welcome.
Have a nice day
