Attended/Unattended transfer dial codes

Hello guys,
I'm doing some test to move from an asterisk based system to 3CX, but unfortunally in the old system one of the most used feature is to use the "#" during a call to transfer to other extension.
In 3CX, I can't find a menu where i can customize this dial code; anybody can help me?

Im testing on the latest version 15.5.0, my phones are old Linksys SPA942 (I know that they are not supported anymore ).
I can't even try to force the customer to use the built-in blind transfer button on the SPA942, it is a nursing home with old nuns to assist the patients.

Please note that there is no dial code for performing transfers. You can see all available dial codes under Settings / Dial codes.

Many devices (generally ATAs) do offer "star codes", or vertical service activation codes, many of which, you can customise.
