Hi!

I have the same problem mentioned in this post.

Is there any possibility to resolve the issue?

Does any adjustment have to be done systemically or is it possible that a specific SIPTrunk could be configured to interpret "sendonly" in a different way?

I am afraid this is not possible. This behavior is built in to our SIP core and there is no way to change it. If the PBX receives a "sendonly" media attribute then it will play music on hold.

The explanation as to why we do this is in the forum thread you quoted. Basically we do this to play nice with IP Phones and the majority of SIP trunk providers.
