Audible note when second call comes

i have some reception phones that need to be able to accept multiple calls.

this function perfectly fine by setting up some line buttons on the phone and switching between them but if a call comes in when the line is already in use it just lights up the dials and is otherwise silent which makes it hard for the receptionists to realise a second call has come in.

is there any way to make it so that there is audible feedback if the line is called when the phone is already in use? i can't seem to find any options that reference this

The ability to make a sound when a 2nd call is received is typically a phone setting, not a phone system setting. I'd reference the phone manual to see if there is a setting.
