Audible ring on second incoming call ?

Hi everyone,

User has a T41S with firwmare 66.86.0.15 connected to 3CX and they wish there was an easier way to hear if there is a second incoming call.

They said it used to ring audibly before, but that it stopped working at some point. I looked at the T41S options and I couldn't find anything other than the call waiting tone, which is enabled.

Are there any Yealink phones that do have this option ?
Is there another way to have the phone audibly ring when a second call comes in ? (Or any workaround)

They have a cellphone with the 3CX app on it, but they don't want to rely on that.

The answer is just no, can not be done to my knowledge.

I would try to find another sollution, that can fit the customer.

I felt like having the cellphone connected to the 3CX app was a pretty good workaround, but it's not good enough haha

Are there any other brands / models that are supported by 3CX and that have this feature ? (Fanvil, SNOM, etc.)
I've only ever worked with Yealink phones and from what i've gathered, none of them have the possibility to ring audibly on a second incoming call.
