Audio conference not working

I started a conference bridge from my 3CX extension and sent an invite to my personal email address for testing purposes. The email uses variable %%EXTERNALNUMBER%%, but that did not show up in the email - just a null value. When I did call the business' number and enter the meeting ID, I got hold music indefinitely and was never joined to the conference. Any thoughts?

Please navigate to Settings / Conferencing / Audio and add the number you want the callers to call so they join the webmeeting. Also if you join a conference call and you are alone you will hear music on hold until a second person joins the call.
