Client has weekly recurring audio conference call.
The organizer sets it up and inputs the conf call in the company shared M365 calendar, it's then edited to a recurring (weekly) conference.
The name announcement is toggled off.
The trouble is that whenever a caller joins, they are still asked to say their name and press any button to join in. When they enter and leave, everyone hears that recorded name. That is very disruptive for my client.
Note: If person joining call immediately presses any button after the recording beep, they can join/leave in silence.
I believe this happens on subsequent recurring conference calls and not the very first on in the series.
How do I completely disable this "record name" option for all and future conference calls.
