Audio conference with no ID or PWD

I have a requirement for an internal conference bridge with no conference ID or password being presented ...

is this possible?

If not is it possible to dial ahead eg via something like this <conf-ext>#<confid>#<pin>#

The way you mention is how you do an ad-hoc conference call. Except you must wait for the Conf Extension to pickup the call before you dial conf ID and Pin.

Thanks for the document but it's states you still need to enter an id and pin

I need users to quickly unimpeded to enter a conference with no request for a id or pin. Just to dial a single ext number

I was answering the second part of the question ... without a conference ID or PIN

1. Which conference are you calling in for? There could be many...
2. Anyone in outside world can create a conference and cost you money!

An idea might be having a DID that can be assigned a permanent Conference ID (multiple DIDs to multiple Conference Rooms) but the PIN will not go away because of the risk of being hacked by someone and sitting there for hours and using up your SIP credits.

I understand the risks bit this system will be a purely internal system with no trunks

The requirement is for an incident conference to be created, when an incident happens allocated people will dial 700 (default audio) conference number and enter the conference call to manage the incident.

They can not be expected to dial a id or pin since they will forget this bit
