I set up a call queue of 10 agents with a round-robin. I am using Yeaster 200(VOIP).
We are experiencing a 10-12 seconds audio delay before connecting the agents to an external number. Yeaster and PBX are setups locally.
Any setting I am missing?

So the call rings the agent, but there is no audio either way for 10 to 12 seconds? Do other extensions have issues with incoming calls? Have you had a look at the Activity Log for any signs of an error, when the call connects?

Are the sets using the same Codec as the trunk? Are calls being recorded?

Provided that I understood correctly and the device you mention is an FXO gateway then I do have to mention that we won't be able to help much as it's not a 3CX Supported device. That said, a few things you can try to narrow it down are:
1. Route calls directly to an extension that's connected via a webclient.
2. Connect an analogue device (phone) directly to the PSTN line and answer an incoming call.

Does any of the above get rid of the audio delay?
• If the first one does then the issue might be related to the IP Phones used for the queue, if any, or that specific 3CX config in particular. EDIT: As per the duplicate post, the calls are being routed out to mobile numbers again so the issue may be related to that outgoing call instead.
• If the second one does then it might be the FXO gateway you're using.
• If none of the two does then it's probably something to do with the provider.

Note: Also please do let us know if using the mobile apps instead of mobile numbers gets rid of the delay and echo.
